not bad, you guys could do a lot better.
got whatever I needed, overall satisfied with the stay.
key card tends to stop working every day. had to call the f&b manager on his cell phone to place my in room dining order. slow Wi-Fi connectivity. they did my laundry without me filling up the laundry form, so I short if you keep used clothes in a laundry bag they will just send it to be cleaned and forms are not required like almost all the hotels. well I think it’s alright as it’s just a 3 star hotel.

„Es lässt sich aushalten.
Personal spricht English
- Mitten in der Nacht wurden Bauarbeiten verrichtet. Um 3 Nachts wurde ich wach und habe immer wieder Hämmern gehört. Über meinem Zimmer war der Spa Bereich. Die Rezeption sah kein Problem darin. Keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung für die schlaflose Nacht. - Aufzug fällt ständig aus. - mehrfach am Tag Stromausfälle. -Unzureichend gewaschene Handtücher. Sie weisen Restbestände von Curry auf. Personal achtet nicht darauf trotz mehrfachem Bitten. - abgegebene Wäsche wird teilweise erst 2 Tage später zurück gebracht. - Auf dem Flur bleiben Teller und Gläser von Room Service stundenlang bis weit in den Vormittag liegen. Personal läuft dran vorbei . - Defekte Ausstattung und Einrichtung wird nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht. Flecken an den Wänden wird nicht entfernt.
